Acceptable Use Policy
You may not use LinkTrack for any of the following:
- Creating links to phishing, malware, or fraudulent websites.
- Distributing spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk unwanted communications.
- Linking to illegal content, counterfeit goods, or copyrighted material without permission.
- Impersonating other individuals, brands, or organizations.
- Attempting to bypass our security measures or access other users' data.
- Using automated tools to abuse our API or create excessive links.
- Collecting personal data from visitors without appropriate consent or legal basis.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension and legal action if warranted.
User Responsibilities
As a LinkTrack user, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Ensuring that any links you create comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Obtaining necessary consents before collecting data from visitors (e.g., through lead forms).
- Paying all applicable fees on time. Failure may result in service suspension.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- Using the service in a manner that does not degrade performance for other users.
Service Limitations
LinkTrack is provided "as is" with the following limitations:
- We do not guarantee 100% uptime, though we target 99.9% availability.
- Analytics data is provided on a best-effort basis and may have minor discrepancies.
- We are not responsible for content hosted on third-party websites linked through our service.
- Free plans have usage limits (links, clicks) as specified on our pricing page.
- Geolocation data is approximate and based on IP address — not GPS-level accuracy.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with LinkTrack:
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with a paid plan, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- No refunds are provided after 7 days or if you have violated our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Partial refunds are not available for monthly subscriptions cancelled mid-cycle.
- Annual plan refunds are prorated for unused months if cancelled within 30 days.
Termination Policy
Account termination terms:
- By You: You may delete your account at any time from Settings. All data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
- By Us: We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or illegal activity.
- We will provide 7 days notice before termination for non-payment, unless fraud is suspected.
- Upon termination, your links will stop redirecting and your data will be scheduled for deletion.
- You may export your data before termination from your dashboard.
